Celebrity Chef At An Seanachaí Restaurant - Michael Ryan / Al Eile Stud

Hot on the heals of the Waterford Hurlers Michael Ryan raced across the line and had a full house for his night as he produced a fine meal for his guests in aid of the Waterford and East Cork Point to Point Injured Jockey's Fund. Michael took on the task with great gusto and created a mouth-watering award winning menu. Michael choose baked Loin of Venison with roasted Vegetable and Fillets of salmon wrapped in potato, the venison going down a treat. Goats Cheese Toasties and Smoked Haddock & Salmon Fishcakes were on offer for starters and the dessert had a fruity twist with a choice of mixed berry crumble or Winter Fruits in a Whiskey Sauce. A great night was had by all and a 'This is Your Life' witty rendition on Michael was recited by Dolores Ronayne, followed by music provided by Taylors Twist. We would like to thank Michael Ryan for giving so generously of his time, for this very worthy cause.
